Projector Screens
In situations where video imaging is needed and ambient light can be controlled, projectors and screens can be a practical and economical solution. Southard Audio has an inventory of projectors from Hitachi, In-Focus, and Christie ranging from 5000 to 14,000 lumens, and we offer a variety of interchangeable lenses for these projectors, from ultra short throw to extra long throw.
Our screens are from Da-Lite and range from quick deployment pop-up screens up to 16’ X 9’. Our lightweight screens can be either ground supported, or flown with minimal rigging. All of our screens have both front and rear projection surfaces, for maximum flexibility of projector placement and the ability to fit properly into design themes.
Our Christie 14K-M projectors each have two lamps, providing built in redundancy. If there is a lamp failure during an event, the projector keeps operating with a lower lumen output. Also these projectors are mounted in stacking and rigging frames, allowing easy stacking of two projectors to increase light output to over 20,000 lumens.
Screen-projector systems offer flexible deployment and lightweight rigging, and can be tailored to fit tight budgets.
